Police Concern for Missing Man

The enquiry to locate missing Dunedin man Stephen GOURLAY continues.

Mr GOURLAY's family and friends along with Police and Land Search and Rescue volunteers have carried out searches in areas of interest.

Enquiries so far have revealed that Mr GOURLAY was last seen at about 8.00am on 20 December 2015.

He was dropped off by a friend on Kaikorai Valley Road, near Bowl Line, and was last seen walking south.

His clothing description at that time was: wearing a black hoody, blue shorts and brown work boots and carrying a black back pack.

The attached photograph of Mr GOURLAY shows him with facial hair but as at the time he was last seen he was clean shaven.

Mr GOURLAY is 52 years of age, about 175cm tall and of a thin build.

Anyone with any knowledge or information of Mr GOURLAY's whereabouts are asked to contact Constable Shelley PHAIR of Dunedin Police on ph 03 471 4800 or anonymously via the organisation Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
