Woman critically injured after fall from on ramp

At 2:50pm on the 29th February 2016 a woman has fallen from the Esmonde Road on ramp (Northbound).

Her injuries are critical and she is being transported to Auckland Hospital. The motorway (SH1) northbound was temporarily closed but has now reopened.

The incident is being investigated and there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
