Police are concerned for the wellbeing of 38-year-old Eleanor Jane Wright who has been reported missing by her family.

Eleanor was last seen by a friend who dropped her off on Campbell Road in Epsom, Auckland on 27 July, 2017.

It is believed Eleanor was staying at Queen Street Backpackers, but moved on from there about a week ago.

While she has been in contact with her family since then, they have not seen or been able to locate her and Police would like to speak to her to ensure she is safe.

Anyone who has seen Eleanor or knows where she might be is asked to contact Auckland Police on (09) 302 6400 or report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
