Missing man found

Please attribute to Detective Sergeant Scott Armstrong, Auckland City Police.

Police have located a missing 25-year-old man who has been the subject of an ongoing missing persons investigation for the past 12 days.

Mr Rami Reddy Malapati has now been located in Hamilton and is currently helping investigators with their inquiries as to his movements over this period.

Glen Innes Police would like to thank all those who have assisted the investigation team throughout the enquiry.

It was heartening to have such support across the communities that Mr Malapati was involved in.
