CTU Secretary to Stand Down
Angela Foulkes, Council of Trade Unions secretary, will
stand down in November.
This will cause a shake-up of CTU
leadership as president, Ken Douglas, is also retiring at
the end of the year.
Ms Foulkes became vice president of
the CTU when it formed in 1988. She became secretary of the
