Rogan Josh Wins The 1999 Melbourne Cup

Melbourne Cup maestro Bart Cummings has won his 11th Melbourne Cup with Rogan Josh - the horse which demolished the field in last Saturdays McKinnon Stakes at Flemington.

Rogan Josh paced most of the race behind the leader and battled in the long final straight to win the 1999 Melbourne Cup.

Bart Cummings says he is delighted and had confidence in the horse that it would win the race.

Cummings is noww being touted as Australasia's top trainer of all time.
