Mediation For Parties In Waterfront Dispute |

The Department of Labour has announced that the parties to the current waterfront dispute have agreed to the involvement of a Mediator from the Department’s Employment Relations Mediation Service.
Mike Feely, manager of the Mediation Service, says that experienced mediator, Walter Grills, will meet independently with the parties as soon as possible to define the issues and see what dispute resolution processes are appropriate.
