Cairns Lockie Lowers All Fixed Mortgage Rates

Non-bank lender Cairns Lockie Limited today announced a reduction in all its fixed mortgage rates, some by up to 20 points.

The company's flagship Quick Start Home Loan falls to a new low of 6.84%

Other fixed rates become:

Two Year Fixed 7.15%
Three Year Fixed 7.25%
Five Year Fixed 7.40%

"The trading banks have been moving down over the last couple of days following an easing in wholesale rates", Mr Lockie said, "our move restores the relativity with the market and again places our Quick Start Home Loan in a leadership position".
