Green Feature of Auckland Home Show
The biggest home and lifestyle show in Australasia is to have a whole pavilion dedicated to environmentally friendlier products and services at this years event (September 5-9)
The Green Pavilion is being organised by Clean Green New Zealand the green marketing company that recently ran the 8th Annual Environmental Building Field Day and operates the green Internet portal www.cleangreenNZ.com
Says Managing Director Laurence Boomert, " We are taking the 'green is better' buying message into this upmarket mainstream event which received 66,000 visitors last year. This must be good news for this country's green business sector whether they can make it to the show or not".
Its wide open for who can be an Exhibitor in the Green Pavilion with the invitation going out to: Architects, Designers, Landscapers, Resource-consent Consultants, Builders, suppliers of alternative building systems and materials, greener paints and oils, energy products, gardening products, cleaning products, home maintenance services,, Financial Services, Ethical Funds, Home office suppliers, Media, Real Estate, Standards Authorities, Local Authorities, etc etc
Confirmation was only received last Friday but already there has been significant interest which doesn't surprise Laurence - "The huge rise in popularity of Organic food is now widening to include a desire for healthier and more environmentally friendlier homes, gardens and lifestyles. The suppliers and the customers are ready and we can now offer the ideal forum for them to connect" he says.
