PSA Concerned About Changes At State Insurance

"The latest proposals from State Insurance clearly indicate job losses for our members", said PSA National Secretary Richard Wagstaff.

Tauranga and Hamilton are hit very badly by this proposal. Two branches would close with all major services being relocated to either Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

The PSA will negotiate with State Insurance to ensure that the quality of services is not compromised.

However quality service is only part of the equation. It is also important that our members have access to satisfying jobs and rewarding career structures.
