Quick Start Home Loan now at 6.69%

In November last year Cairns Lockie released its Quick Start Home Loan targeted at new borrowers.

Then the interest rate was 7.75%.

Now the interest rate is 6.69%.

This is the lowest one year fixed rate in the market. After the fixed period, the loan reverts to the company's standard floating rate of 7.40%, which is currently 0.30% below the trading banks.
