There was light trading on the New Zealand Futures & Options Exchange today involving 1761 futures contracts traded with a face value of NZ$881 million.
The Mar-02 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 1 point at 9525 (4.75%) and the June-02 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled unchanged at 9500 (5.00%). The Sept-02 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 2 points at 9464 (5.36%) and the Dec-02 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 1 point at 9429 (5.71%).
The Mar-02 Three Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled down 1 point at 9403 (5.97%) and the Mar-02 Ten Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled down 2 points at 9327 (6.73%).
The Dec-01 NZSE-10 Share Index Futures Contract settled down 14 points at 924.
