New Zealand Interest Rate Portfolio Manager

Public Trust Appoints Manager For Its $700 Million New Zealand Interest Rate Portfolio

Public Trust has appointed Brett Tulloch to a newly created position of Interest Rate Manager with responsibility for approximately $700m of New Zealand interest rate investments, one of New Zealand’s larger interest rate investment portfolios.

Brett has extensive experience in the New Zealand interest rate market and was previously Assistant Treasurer at Housing New Zealand.

He is a certified treasury professional and a member of the prestigious National Committee of the New Zealand Society of Corporate Treasurers.

The new position was advertised internationally and attracted wide interest from high calibre and suitably qualified candidates globally.

Brett’s appointment follows an extensive review last year by Public Trust of its investment management strategies in order to ensure industry best practice.
