Virgin Blue’s Submission to the NZCC and ACCC

Media Alert: Virgin Blue’s Submission to the NZCC and ACCC

Virgin Blue has lodged its submission today to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and the New Zealand Commerce Commission in response to applications for authorisation of the proposed Qantas/Air New Zealand/Air Pacific Alliance.

There are two documents, the first is Virgin Blue’s submission to the NZCC and ACCC and the second is a critique of the NECG (Network Economic Consulting Group) report submitted by Qantas and Air New Zealand to justify their attempt to monopolise the Trans Tasman, New Zealand domestic and Fiji markets.
