Final Sanctum Apartments Just Released

Wednesday June 18th Wellington - Apartment seekers in Wellington have been given an early Christmas present. The final block of Sanctum Apartments have just been released, and construction is anticipated to finish on schedule in October, 2003.

With over 70 % of the apartments already sold, including all one-bedroom units, Sanctum’s apartments clearly have a lot of appeal. The Starline Group’s Sanctum Apartments are a two-building (Vista and Piazza) apartment complex housing a total of 96 units. The complex is situated off Ebor Street, near Courtenay Place.

The Starline Group’s General Manager for the Sanctum project, Mr. Matt Peters, explains: “We’ve been very pleased with the response to date. These buildings hold a lot of appeal for both singles and couples looking for a high quality apartment in the inner-city. Now that the building is closer to completion, we expect the remaining units to sell quickly.”

Despite the one-bedroom units already being sold out, there is still a very appealing selection of both two and three-bedroom plus study configurations available. A number of 3 bedroom plus Penthouse apartments are still available, and clients can choose from a selection of floor plans to best suit their lifestyle.

Sanctum is well positioned as Wellington’s inner-city oasis. The apartments are located in a quiet area off Ebor Street. However, you are still conveniently close to Courtney Quarter’s vibrant shopping, restaurant and nightlife hub.

These apartments have filled a lifestyle void for city dwellers looking for a secure, tranquil setting. Instead of staring at another building, residents overlook Renaissance gardens, mature trees, and a water feature. Over half the 6,500 square metre grounds are covered by the professionally landscaped gardens. The athletically minded will appreciate the on-site tennis court, full gym, spa, sauna, covered swimming pool, and golf driving bay.

The apartments themselves offer affordable luxury – with European fittings and an open-concept design letting in lots of natural light. Spacious and affordable two and three bedroom plus study units are still available. These units offer superb Indoor/Outdoor flow for entertaining in either the dining room, or on your private deck this summer.

Sanctum’s furnished Display Unit is now open daily and offers a virtual tour of the complex. The Unit is located at Wellington’s Lambton Quay, in the Old Bank Building Arcade, lower level (beside Lush).
