Bond Announcement

TrustPower Limited wishes to announce that it is to cease issuing its September 2014 Bonds.

Under its shareholder approvals TrustPower is obliged to cease issuance at $54.7 million and this level of sales or forward commitments has now been met.

Further applications that are not part of a firm broker commitment will unfortunately not be processed and will be returned to applicants.

TrustPower's success with this issue and its prior issues of long-term Bonds is testament to the high regard in which the company is held by investors and the financial community.

Sky City : Auckland Convention Centre Cost Jumps By A Fifth

SkyCity Entertainment Group, the casino and hotel operator, is in talks with the government on how to fund the increased cost of as much as $130 million to build an international convention centre in downtown Auckland, with further gambling concessions ruled out. The Auckland-based company has increased its estimate to build the centre to between $470 million and $530 million as the construction boom across the country drives up building costs and design changes add to the bill.
