Trading in the shares of New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited

in the shares of New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited during
January 2004.
The review considered whether or not
directors of the company and other persons possibly in
possession of non public, price-sensitive information
relating to the company may have traded in the period.
The
Commission has undertaken a thorough inquiry and based on
its findings has decided not to take the matter any
further.
