Tana Takes Delivery Of New Ford Territory

All Black captain Tana Umaga is the latest high profile Ford sponsored athlete to step into a new Territory, following World record holder and Olympic champion Sarah Ulmer.

Tana's Offshore Blue Territory was presented to him at Stevens Ford in Lower Hutt by Ford New Zealand Marketing Manager, Graeme Whickman.

"Ford has supported the All Blacks for nine years, and part of this commitment is the provision of new vehicles to our men in black," said Mr. Whickman.

"Territory is the latest and greatest new vehicle from Ford, and it is quickly establishing itself as one of the most popular new vehicle models in the local market. I know that a number of All Blacks are very keen to try Territory and see what all the rave is about, so I get the feeling that Tana might need to keep a close watch on his keys…"

Sky City : Auckland Convention Centre Cost Jumps By A Fifth

SkyCity Entertainment Group, the casino and hotel operator, is in talks with the government on how to fund the increased cost of as much as $130 million to build an international convention centre in downtown Auckland, with further gambling concessions ruled out.
