Capital Properties New Zealand Ltd advises that the strike price pursuant to its Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 109.51 cents in respect of the quarterly dividend payable on 10 December 2004.
The Strike price is based on the weighted average price in the 5 days preceding the record date of 26 November 2004, adjusted for the amount of the current dividend.

Sky City : Auckland Convention Centre Cost Jumps By A Fifth
SkyCity Entertainment Group, the casino and hotel operator, is in talks with the government on how to fund the increased cost of as much as $130 million to build an international convention centre in downtown Auckland, with further gambling concessions ruled out.
