“It is important to overseas visitors that our service has the stamp of approval from an independent rating organisation, said Malcolm Johns, CEO for the InterCity Group. “We are proud that Qualmark has ‘Endorsed’ Newmans Coach Lines. This endorsement is Qualmarks highest rating for tourism transport products”, continued Johns.

“The international travel trade and consumer will look for independent assurance when booking a product or service. Our listing on the Qualmark® website www.qualmark.co.nz provides this! As thirty per cent of our passengers come from overseas, this highly credible endorsement is most important to our international and domestic business”, said Johns.
