Get into the ACTION! with Mary-Kate and Ashley!

Movie premieres, limousines, saving the world…it’s all just another day in the lives of Misty and Amber (Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen’s animated alter-egos)!

Kiwi viewers can now catch the animated series Mary-Kate and Ashley in ACTION! every Saturday at 3pm on TV2.

Starring Mary-Kate as Misty and Ashley as Amber, the superstars play teenage Special Agents in the half hour episodes. Misty and Amber travel the world fighting the good fight and saving the world from evil doers.

“I had a great time recording the series,” says Ashley Olsen. “Because it’s animated the adventures are endless. We could experience things and places that otherwise would be impossible in live-action shows.”

Mary-Kate Olsen agrees, saying: “It was fun to experience animated versions of ourselves and very different from our live-action movies. “We wanted to create a show kids would love to watch and learn something at the same time – so we chose world geography.”

In episode 11, Snow Much Fun, which airs September 17, Misty and Amber travel to New Zealand for a summit of the world's most talented teens. The amazing adventure is interrupted when they inexplicably lose their special abilities and it's up to Misty and Amber to unravel the mystery.

Mary-Kate and Ashley in ACTION! begins screening on TV2 Saturday 9 July at 3pm.

And don’t miss the Mary-Kate and Ashley in ACTION! book series also available in stores.
