Release of Fourth Quarter Activity Report and Year End Results

OceanaGold announced today that it will release its Activity Report for the quarter ended 30 December 2005 to the Australian and New Zealand Stock Exchanges on Friday 20 January 2006.

This will be followed with the release of the Company’s year end results on Friday 24 February 2006.
