For Immediate Release

Win Mum a Mercedes Benz Slk 280 this Mother's Day With Lotto

Ten Kiwi Mum's could each win a Mercedes Benz SLK 280 this Saturday night in Lotto's Mother's Day draw, says NZ Lotteries Deputy Chief Executive Warren Salisbury.

"With only two days left to get Mum something fabulous for Mother's Day, time is running out fast," said Mr Salisbury.

Lotto is making it easy this Mother's Day with every Lotto Triple Dip purchased between 30 April and 13 May in with the chance to win one of ten slick and stylish Mercedes Benz SLK 280's.

"What better way to say "Thanks for being a great Mum" than with one of these fabulous cars," he said.

The Mercedes-Benz SLK 280 features a new generation 6-cylinder engine, 7-speed automatic transmission, full leather interior, parking sensors, climate control and a heating system that allows the roof to remain down but passengers to keep warm.

But there is more. "This gift not only gives Mum's the chance to win one of the ten luxury cars, it also puts them in the running for an even bigger prize.

"With a Triple Dip, not only will Mum's be in with a chance to win a Mercedes Benz SLK 280, she'll also be in with a chance of winning the huge $15 million Powerball prize. Now wouldn't that be nice," said Mr Salisbury.

The winning Mother's Day tickets will be announced at 9pm on 13 May, on the Saturday night Lotto results broadcast.
