Viking Capital Limited Offer

Viking Capital Limited Offer

Viking Capital Limited today announced that it was extending its expected quotation and trading date on NZAX from Tuesday 27 June 2006 until Wednesday 28 June 2006. Viking announced that the extension was to allow for holder statements to be sent to shareholders on the day after allotment of the shares (which is still expected to take place on Monday 26 June 2006) rather than on the allotment date.

As a consequence of allowing an extra day for holder statements to be sent to shareholders the expected date of quotation and trading on NZAX is also being extended by one day.

Application has been made to NZX for permission to list the shares and warrants on the NZAX, and all requirements of NZX relating thereto that can be complied with on or before the date of the prospectus have been complied with. However, NZX does not accept responsibility for any statement in the prospectus.
