Australian Worldwide Exploration Limited, (“AWE”) has started a nine well offshore drilling campaign in New Zealand with the Cutter-1 exploration well in New Zealand’s Canterbury Basin

AWE’s 2006 drilling campaign is the biggest programme in the company’s history and the largest continuous offshore drilling programme ever undertaken in New Zealand
