It might be the season to spring clean – but for many of us the idea of sending our treasured possessions out with the next load of rubbish is far from ideal! Luckily innovative storage company Smartbox offers the perfect compromise for all that clutter, with mobile storage that comes to you.

Developed specifically for the New Zealand market by entrepreneurs Jonelle and Steve Phillips, Smartbox takes traditional self storage to a new level, with custom-designed mobile storage units delivered straight to your home or office location.

Whether you are spring cleaning the family home, office, or need to store possessions from after a year away at University, from just $5 per Smartbox per day including delivery and pick up, Smartbox will deliver a secure storage unit measuring 13 cubic metres straight to you. You then have up to two days to load the unit before Smartbox come back to collect it and deliver it to their secure storage facility.

When you require your items back, Smartbox will deliver the secure storage unit back to you, or continue to store belongings you don’t require in their secure storage facility for as long as required.

Smartbox Director Steve Phillips says with summer just around the corner there is an increasing demand from consumers to store their possessions after a spring clean or the end of their study year.

“Smartbox takes the hassle out of storage solutions this summer as it delivers the storage unit directly to the customer, eliminating the hassle and double handling and reducing the cost of transporting the goods to a facility,” says Mr Phillips.
