Interislander Offers $39 Adult Fare

Interislander is determined to encourage more tourists to enjoy the Marlborough Sounds and so starting from tomorrow they have introduced - the Interislander Strait Escape.

These fares are for sales and travel 01APR08 to 30JUN08. Fares are one way only and subject to availability. Websaver fare conditions apply.

• Children (2-17yrs incl.) $19.00
• Adult (incl Seniors and Students) $39.00
• Adult and car $129.00

For vehicle bookings with more than one adult, Orca, the reservation system, will simply add further adults @ $39.00 per adult and children @ $19.00 automatically for you.

Aside from encouraging more travelers to take to the water rather traveling by air when heading south, Interislander is also keen to see people take the trip from Picton north and enjoy the many attractions now on offer in the Wellington region as well.

Interislander has done much to make the trip across the Cook Strait far more enjoyable with improved facilities on all ships and look forward to seeing even greater numbers on board to check out what is now on offer.
