Upcoming Masterclasses at Savour New Zealand

Savour New Zealand is New Zealand’s premier event for food and wine lovers and is a powerful showcase of taste experiences, new ideas and techniques.

It provides greater understanding of the essence of great wines and truly great cooking and Montana and Stoneleigh are proud to be major sponsors at the 2008 event to be held at the Langham Hotel in Auckland from 2nd to 4th May.

The Montana Marlborough Lunch will be held on Sunday 4th May and will celebrate the effect that terroir (soil type, climate and vineyard location) can have on our country’s most internationally successful varietal – Sauvignon Blanc.

Peta Mathias and John Trail – Sublime Marriages
Matching food with wine is often regarded as a secret rite. Peta Mathis will strip away the mystery and take guests through the reasons why some foods and wine make the perfect marriage. John Trail completes this fantastic duo.
