Magic Travellers Network – A clean sweep

Magic Travellers Network – A clean sweep!

Magic Travellers Network have had a clean sweep at the 2008 New Zealand Tourism Industry Awards, taking out the Air New Zealand Supreme Award for most outstanding entrant. This award recognises the quality product Magic Travellers Network delivers, and the passion of the Magic team, to win the ultimate achievement in the tourism industry.

Magic Travellers Network was also the very proud recipient of the Qualmark Mark of Quality Award, The Category Award for Tourism and Transportation Services and for the second year in a row the Visitor Transport Award.

The awards were accepted by company CEO Brian Henderson, who was delighted with the wins in 2008.

“It was a fantastic night for the Magic team who are committed to delivering world class service. We have a great young team and these awards recognise their hard work, commitment and dedication. The Magic team, from the drivers through to the office staff, management team and shareholders, are passionate about the product and that makes the difference.” Brian Henderson CEO

It is an outstanding achievement for Auckland based operator Magic Travellers Network and recognises the continued focus on passenger safety, staff training and the implementation of our company values. As the expectations of independent travellers rise, Magic continues to adapt and develop in order to meet these expectations and achieve extremely high levels of customer satisfaction, in a highly competitive market.

The awards process is not only about the product itself, it encompasses all procedures, processes, policies and values of the company, and Magic Travellers Network is a company that has continued to grow and develop as a result of a culture that strives for excellence.

“We are fully supportive of the Tourism Awards process and the Qualmark process which together encourage all tourism organisations to continually “lift the bar” and assess all business processes and product delivery to ensure quality is the focus and clients expectations are exceeded at all points of contact. ” Brian Henderson CEO

Magic Travellers Network operates a nationwide coach network for independent travellers. Clients travel on a fixed route throughout New Zealand and have the opportunity get on and off the network anywhere on route, passes are valid for twelve months.
