TVNZ's Olympic site has helped tvnz.co.nz break through the one million daily page impression barrier the best results that tvnz.co.nz has ever had.
Olympics traffic has provided a significant boost to TVNZ's overall online effort, with tvnz.co.nz receiving over one million page impressions per day seven times across the event period.
tvnz.co.nz/Olympics, which offers four channels of simultaneous streaming video online, plus all the news and event information about the Games, has had over 8.2 million Olympics page impressions since event launch (up to 21/08/08) with a peak of 102,000 unique browsers in one day.
The streaming has also had an outstanding response with 5.3 million video streams (totalling 95,000 gigabytes of data) being delivered to over 381,000 unique users since the beginning of August.
