Appointment Of Independent Advisor
Lyttelton Port Company Ltd and Port Otago Ltd wish to advise that Antipodes has been appointed as Independent Advisor to the Joint Steering Group.
The role of the Independent Advisor is to explore the potential benefits of a merger of their respective port operations and recommend a path forward.
Antipodes is a specialist merger and acquisition advisory house based in Auckland.
No further comment will be made until the report from Antipodes has been reviewed.
