“ERMLive™ is proving a very popular tool because it was designed from the outset to integrate with familiar Microsoft technology. Our aim was not only to provide the functionality, flexibility and ease of use that customers want, but also to leverage Microsoft’s global partner network. As a Microsoft partner, eSavvy can easily utilise their existing skill sets to augment our product development capability. They’re perhaps the most qualified Microsoft CRM organisation in Australia , which makes our partnership a logical choice,” says Donald Hastie, CEO of ERMLive.

A radical departure from traditional, rigid payroll systems, ERMLive™ allows customers to configure the solution themselves to their changing business needs, and is targeted towards enterprise customers. Designed to meet the increasing needs of HR professionals, ERMLive™ brings the holistic employee experience in line with the strategic business goals of the organisation. By simplifying HR’s operational processes, management has a direct and integrated line of sight to every aspect of the employee relationship, at all times.

“We can identify with the strength of the product in terms of its rich functionality, architectural design and flexibility,” said David Goad. “ERMLive™ is a sophisticated business improvement tool that is fully integrated into Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM – a proven, popular and efficient business model. Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM is huge in Australia and one of the fastest growing products for Microsoft. This could be an incremental solution for many of those customers leveraging the investments they’ve already made in the Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM story.”
