North Shore accountant takes out top award

North Shore accountant takes out top National Business Development award at Gold Coast conference

North Shore accounting firm RES Group has beaten leading accounting firms across the country to win two 10X Outstanding Achievement award at 10X’s 2010 Annual Awards Night, held on July 9th at the Gold Coast.

The award was presented to firm partner and Business Coach Butch Mawdsley and Sales and Marketing Coordinator Aimee Bridgman by Nic Clark, CEO of 10X Limited, to recognise RES Group’s outstanding achievement in Performance Planner Sales and 10X Business School Sales. The nominees comprised Australia’s and New Zealand’s leading accounting firms that offer Business Development services to small businesses in partnership with national Business Development franchise, 10X.

Butch Mawdsley, partner of RES Group and 10X North Shore, was honoured to receive this award on behalf of his firm. “To be selected as the number one accounting firm out of the most proactive accounting firms representing 10X in Australia and New Zealand is a great honour. To receive the award for Performance Planner Sales and 10X Business School sales means that our firm is in the best position to provide coaching to local business owners and help grow their businesses.”

While proud to receive the award, Butch gains greater satisfaction from the knowledge of what his local business clients will derive from it. “This award shows that our North Shore clients have access to some of the best business development resources and support in the country,” says Butch. “Knowing that we have that impact is what is truly rewarding for me.”
Butch credits the success of his firm to the strength of 10X’s Coaching Club, the coaching and mentoring service that 10X North Shore provides to local business owners. “The 10X Coaching Club has proven to be an invaluable tool for its members,” says Butch. “Aside from helping participating business owners in increasing their KPIs, the 10X Coaching Club also provides a professional circle of support, structure and accountability.”

As the leader in Performance Planner and 10X Business School sales in the North Shore, 10X are offering North Shore business owners an evening with one of Australia’s leaders in the field of business and peak performance, at The Edge: Gaining the Unfair Advantage and Increased Profits on Tuesday August 24. Normally tickets would be an investment of $189.00 per person – however, we hope readers will take this special offer and register as our gift to you. Call 10X North Shore today on 09 918 3690 to find out more.
