Air New Zealand response to draft decision by ACCC on
proposed trans-Tasman alliance
The
Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) today
issued a draft decision denying authorisation for Virgin
Blue and Air New Zealand’s application to operate an
alliance on Trans-Tasman services.
Air New Zealand is currently reviewing the draft decision and expects to respond to the ACCC’s concerns once they are identified. This will occur over the coming weeks.
