22 July 2011

2degrees opens first store on Auckland’s North Shore tomorrow

2degrees is expanding its retail presence tomorrow with the launch of a new store in Albany.

The store, located just off Centre Court at Albany Mall, will open at 9am on Saturday 23 July, with special offers on handsets, including 50 Nokia 1280 phones – complete with ‘Good to Go’ packs including a SIM card loaded with $5 credit and a $10 txt pack – for only $2 each, 50 Huawei G7010 white phones for only $22 each, and 50 Nokia C2-01 phones for only $44 each.

Customers who purchase a $20 to $100 2degrees top up at the new store on Saturday or Sunday will receive a free top up of equal value.

More special deals and giveaways will also be available.
“With some great deals up for grabs, you’ll need to get there early as we get queues which stretch right around the mall,” says Chief Sales Officer for 2degrees, Mark Cleary.
The opening of the 2degrees store in Albany has created four new full-time jobs and a part-time position.
“We’re proud to be opening our first store on Auckland’s North Shore and our 18th store in New Zealand,” added Mr Cleary. “We’ve created more than 100 new jobs in 2degrees stores over the past six months – and we’ve still got about 20 more stores to come this year.”
The address of the 2degrees Albany store is:

Westfield Albany Mall,
Albany, Auckland
