Wellington to host New Zealand Voice Leadership Forum

New Zealand leaders in voice communications and contact centre executives will come together at New Zealand’s 2011 Voice Leadership Forum (VLF) next month to share and discuss strategies that will enhance the customer experience, improve security and drive contact centre innovation.

The 2011 event, the largest congress of its kind to be held in this country, will showcase cutting-edge technologies such as speech recognition and voice biometrics and will provide a forum for public and private sector organisations from New Zealand, Australia and other countries in the Asia Pacific region to share their insights and experiences implementing voice technology projects.

The Forum will be held in Wellington on Thursday 10 November 2011 with keynote presentations from senior executives from Westpac (Australia), Bank of New Zealand, and New Zealand government agencies including the Ministry of Social Development and Inland Revenue.
