About Consumers Voice New Zealand
CVNZ is designed to be an independent, first-person online community feedback forum for Consumers of New Zealand Social Services, whereby clients of various Social service agencies (e.g. CYF, Family Court, Counselling, Alcohol & Drug, and Mental Health services, just to name a few), are able to post their own client service experiences to this forum, so that other potential service consumers (and professionals who may refer clients to these agencies) may make a more informed choice about the type, nature, quality, and delivery of service that has been experienced by others who have gone before them.
