SBS Bank Announces New Nelson Branch Manager

SBS Bank is proud to announce Cam Haring has been appointed to the role of Nelson Branch Manager.

A born and bred Nelsonian, Mr Haring said he was looking forward to making a positive difference in the local community, whilst helping to raise SBS Bank’s profile.

“I’ve lived in Nelson most of my life. I’m passionate about the region and am looking forward to rolling up my sleeves, getting involved in the community and helping out our SBS Bank customers.

“SBS Bank has a great reputation for providing first class service to its customers and this level of service has been further cemented with the recent Financial Institution of the Year award win.”

Having worked in financial markets for 13 years, Mr Haring said he had been attracted to SBS Bank’s strong community focus and unique structure.

“One of SBS Bank’s guiding principles is its commitment to its customers. As the customers are actually our owners it makes sense to make sure they’re always happy!”

SBS Bank General Manager Retail Paul Atkinson said Mr Haring would be an invaluable addition to the Nelson team.

“We’re extremely pleased to welcome Cam into the SBS Bank family. His strong banking experience and people skills are the perfect platform for SBS Bank to build on.

“He’s also an avid rugby fan, who will continue to build and promote our sponsorship of the Tasman Makos rugby team.”
