Forsyth's Hallwright found guilty of reckless disregard

June 29 (BusinessDesk) - Guy Hallwright, a Forsyth Barr analyst, has been found guilty of reckless disregard for the safety of others, causing grievous bodily harm.

According to accounts given in the in the Auckland District Court, Hallwright's car went forward over Sung Jin Kim after they had an altercation at the intersection of Symonds Street and Mt Eden Road in September 2010. Kim was left with two broken legs.

Hallwright will be sentenced on Aug. 30.
