Nosh Limited supports taxpayer subsidies for New Zealand film industry
Amelia Hemphill, the director of Nosh Limited (http://www.nosh.co.nz), the Wellington based catering company, says that the film industry in Wellington has provided a significant boost for the company, and other catering businesses in the Wellington region.
As a result of this industry, Nosh has increased its staff by five people over the past two years, which has only been possible by the demand driven by the movie industry. As a flow on effect of this demand, Nosh has also significantly increased demand for produce and supplies sourced from around the Wellington region, which undoubtedly has had financial benefits for those industries.
