Simon Becker Joins Fujifilm as National Sales Manager for Fujinon Products in Australia And New Zealand
Responsible for full range of Fujinon products

SYDNEY, 10 December 2012 – Fujifilm today announced that well known industry figure Simon Becker has joined their team as National Sales Manager for Fujinon products in Australia and New Zealand.

Industry veteran Becker is particularly best known in the production and freelance sides of the industry having spent over 17 years with Sony Australia where he rose through the ranks to the role of National Sales Manager for Broadcast and Professional Products.

Fujifilm Australia General Manager Motion Picture Film, Recording Media and Optical Devices Marc Van Agten said, “Simon will be a great asset for Fujifilm and Fujinon. His knowledge of the camera and lens side of our industry is very solid and he has excellent contacts and relationships with all the major broadcast institutions and dealers. Simon is also a natural born business development manager and understands what customers require in terms of sales, service and support to ultimately keep them for the long term.”

Becker joins at an exciting time for Fujinon as its PL 19-90 Cabrio (ZK4.7x19) lens with its exclusive detachable servo drive unit, flange focal distance adjustment, macro function and long focal range fast becomes one of the company’s most successful lenses to date.
