Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland announces conference offers

The Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland has released three Back To Business offers for organisations and businesses planning events in the first quarter of 2013.

The first offer is the Smart Day Delegate Meeting priced from $65pp. Bookings made before 31st March 2013 will go into the draw to win a 16GB iPad 2.

The second offer is 15% off beverages at pre or post event with any Smart Banquet Dinner booked before 31st March 2013 (from $120pp).

And any event booked and held in April 2013 will pay only $1 for the venue hire.

The Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland has 16 function rooms that cater for everything from intimate private events to large-scale gala dinners and conferences. Menus can be tailored to suit all budgets and dietary requirements.

Pre-function areas allow delegates and visitors to receive a personal welcome. They can enjoy use of the hotel’s free Wi-Fi and special accommodation rates are also available for delegates who wish to stay.

The hotel’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Richard Dodds, says the three Back To Business offers are a great way for delegates and visitors to experience the best the hotel has to offer.

Smart $1 Venue Hire
Applicable for a minimum of 20 delegates and maximum of 100 delegates. April $1 Venue Hire available only for new events booked and held in the month of April, 2013. Subject to availability and open to first 15 bookings only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Rendezvous hotels offer. Not applicable when accompanied with a Day Delegate rate. Applies to one meeting room only. Must mention this offer when inquiring. Applicable to Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland only.

Smart Day Delegate Meetings
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Offer applies to new bookings only. Winner(s) may be required to be featured in hotel promotional items. Winner will be drawn on 5 April and notified immediately. Business must be confirmed by 31 March for business held in 2013. Based on minimum of 15 delegates. It is the responsibility of the user to obtain a sim/data card.

Smart Banquets
Offer applies to new bookings only. Winner(s) may be required to be featured in hotel promotional items. Offer must be used during period of event. To be applicable for 15% discount pre or post dinner drinks function must be accompanied with a dinner. Minimum numbers of 20 and maximum of 400. Business must be confirmed by 31 March 2013 and held and paid for in 2013.
