For the second year
running SBS Bank has been named the ‘Financial Institution
of the Year’ at the 2012, Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction
Awards
SBS Bank Chief Executive Ross Smith said the award recognised and rewarded SBS’ passion for customer service.
“We’re thrilled to have won this award again and to have beaten out some of the big names in the banking world. It proves that our commitment to providing superior, personalised service is something that is highly regarded and valued by our customers.”
