Kiwibank drops two-year
home loan rate to 4.99% p.a.
Kiwibank has switched its headline home loan special rate from one year to two years. The new two –year rate of 4.99% p.a. matches the lowest two-year rate last offered by Kiwibank in October 2012. The new rate is a reduction of 0.26%.
There are no special conditions attached to the offer which is available to new and existing customers.
The one-year special of 4.99% p.a. that has been on offer for five weeks returns to the former rate of 5.25 p.a.
