Mr McGill adds, “These high calibre appointments fairly raises the ante on the management team, indeed all staff, to respond to regular independent scrutiny of the company’s business. While the previous governance model served us well it is already obvious after one board meeting that our new model is the way forward for us.”

Strategic Pay shareholders are represented on the board by Executive Directors Dennis O’Callaghan and Geoff Summers.  Jarrod Moyle, John Ellen, and Noel Davie remain as principal consultants and shareholders.  They are joined on the senior management team by Catherine Battersby, Manager Business Services and Santa Harvett, Manager Market Information.
