Air NZ Weather Update

Air NZ Weather Update

Wellington

Air New Zealand is now able to resume limited services in and out of Wellington, however, due to the strong winds there are restrictions on the number of domestic gates able to be used so this will limit the number of services able to be operated. International services departing Wellington today are also likely to be delayed.

Christchurch

Air New Zealand jet services are continuing to operate, however, only a small number of Link services are operating.

Queenstown

Air New Zealand jet services are continuing to operate, however, Mt Cook services into and out of Queenstown are operating intermittently where weather permits. The situation remains under ongoing review.

Elsewhere, there are delays across the Air New Zealand network due to the weather conditions across the country. Passengers whose travel plans have been disrupted as a result should consult the arrival and departure information on the Air New Zealand website or call the Air New Zealand Contact Centre on 0800 737 000 for further advice.

All other passengers travelling domestically this morning are advised to consult for up to date schedule information.

Please refer here to the Air New Zealand website arrivals and departures page.
