AUCKLAND, Friday October 11th, 2013 – GeoOp Limited, the mobile workforce management company globally empowering trades and services businesses to create efficient business processes, has recently appointed Stewart Reynolds as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reynolds will oversee the planning, management and reporting of the fast growing company’s finances and operations.

Reynolds is an investment banker and accountant with over 15 years of experience in the financial and capital markets both domestically and abroad. He has worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Recently, as a Vice President of Deutsche Bank, Reynolds advised on the IPO of Summerset and the Government’s Mixed Ownership Model programme. Prior to becoming an investment banker, Reynolds spent five years with KPMG in Auckland and the UK.

Leanne Graham, CEO for GeoOp, sees Reynolds’ broad international financial experience as being a valuable asset to the GeoOp team. “Stewart brings to GeoOp significant domestic and offshore experience, from working with fast growth companies through to large multinationals across a range of industries,” Graham says. “His financial background and keen strategic focus will be indispensable as he takes on the roles of CFO and COO.”

Reynolds has been involved with a range of business formation, strategy development, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and initial public offerings. He has a strong capability in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams of various sizes to develop and implement solutions.
