Budding Entrepreneur Launches Organic Skincare Range
Hand blended in the heart of Wellington’s bohemian Cuba Street, a new unisex organic skin care range has been brought to life by an incipient 29 year old entrepreneur.
Martina Organics is a fresh artisanal skin care range made using certified organic ingredients, created specifically for the health conscious consumer.
The three step range, which advocates a holistic ‘whole self’ approach, is set to launch into the health and beauty market on Thursday 24 October online and exclusively at the Design Loft in Wellington Central.
29 year old founder Marta Camara has a stout background in beauty therapy and an unwavering naturalistic, holistic approach to skin care.
Born in Portugal and raised in Wellington, Camara’s passion for naturopathy has stemmed into a promising business venture, providing consumers more choice and insight into what they put on their skin.
Camara not only hand blends all her own product, she places emphasis on working one-on-one with customers to produce blends specific to their individual needs.
“It's so incredibly important for me to work intimately with my consumers to develop a unique natural blend that aligns with their own personal requirements. Mass market skincare products typically contain many harmful ingredients – why would you spread them on the largest organ of your body?”
As the demand for natural organic products in New Zealand increases, Camara aims to extend her range to include other products such as moisturisers, masks, serums and organic supplements.
The range is available from Thursday 24 October exclusively at the Design Loft, or from the Martina Organics website, set to be launched next week.
