Director Elections
Three nominations have been
received for the two positions on the Silver Fern Farms’
Board of Directors.
Eoin Garden and David Shaw retire by rotation at the Company’s 2013 Annual Meeting which is to be held in Dunedin on 18 December 2013.
Eoin Garden has advised he will not be standing for re-election and will therefore retire at the Annual Meeting. David Shaw has advised that he will stand for re-election.
The candidates for election are:
Dan Jex-Blake
David Shaw
Richard Young
The election will be conducted by postal and online ballot. Voting papers will be posted to eligible shareholders on Friday, 29 November 2013.
Voting will close at 3.00pm on Friday, 13 December 2013.
The result will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
