Media Release
9.12.2013
Dual executive appointments for real estate agency

Real estate agency Bayleys has appointed Gary Brooks into two new roles. Firstly, as rural manager for the company’s Lower North Island country operations. And secondly, taking on the position of eastern region general manager for the company – overseeing operations of Bayleys’ offices in Hawke’s Bay and Wairarapa.

Mr Brooks, a director of the company which owns and operates Bayleys’ franchises throughout the lower half of the North Island, has been with the brand for 15 years and was instrumental in establishing the company’s country division in 1999.

The new roles will entail the development of a group-wide recruitment strategy in the rural sector, and growing brand presence and sales personnel numbers in the Hawke’s Bay and Wairarapa residential markets.

Bayleys’ Lower North Island franchise network – operating under the parent company Coast to Coast Ltd – now has branches in Wanganui, Palmerston North, Havelock North, Napier, Feilding, Foxton, Pahiatua, Greytown, and Masterton.
